This stone residence with unique character of approximately 1500 ft2 (50x30) is well soundproofed and all equipped. It holds two bedrooms, an all equipped kitchen (new ceramic oven, microwave, refrigerator, dinnerware, utensils and commodities), a living room and a bathroom. Washer/dryer, two televisions, DVD player, bedclothes and sweeper. Floating hardwood floor in the living room and in the bedrooms; ceramic in the kitchen.

Full kitchen with futon for 2 people.

Outdoor
In the summer, enjoy the shadow of its arborical domain of 20 000 ft2 and relax around a big stone fireplace. Swim or fish in L’Assomption river.

In the winter, the road and the parking lot
are snow cleared.
